These terms are being finalised. The structure below sets out what they will cover. Where a detail has not yet been confirmed by GROUND SEED DESIGNS it is marked “To be confirmed” and is not yet in effect. For anything about your own project, please ask us directly.

  1. 01Quotations

    Every project receives a design direction and a quotation before anything is made.

    How long a quotation remains valid, and what it includes: To be confirmed with GROUND SEED DESIGNS.

  2. 02Scope of work

    The work is based on the agreed design and quotation for your project.

    How the scope is recorded and what falls outside it: To be confirmed with GROUND SEED DESIGNS.

  3. 03Client approvals

    Cabinetry and joinery are manufactured to the agreed design and measurements.

    How designs, drawings and finishes are approved before manufacture: To be confirmed with GROUND SEED DESIGNS.

  4. 04Materials and finishes

    Colours, finishes and hardware are chosen with you as part of consultation and design.

    Substitutions, supplier availability and natural variation in materials: To be confirmed with GROUND SEED DESIGNS.

  5. 05Measurements

    Who takes final site measurements, and when: To be confirmed with GROUND SEED DESIGNS.

  6. 06Installation and site access

    Installation takes place on site.

    Access, working hours, site readiness and services (such as plumbing and electrical work by others): To be confirmed with GROUND SEED DESIGNS.

  7. 07Payment terms

  8. 08Changes to scope

  9. 09Delays outside reasonable control
